This disclaimer applies to all artwork, designs, logos, text, and other content (“Artwork”) submitted to Petra Digital Press Limited for printing, publishing, or related production.

Client Responsibility

By submitting Artwork to us, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce it, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Our Role

Petra Digital Press produces materials based on the Artwork and specifications provided. We do not verify ownership or clearance of third-party content within submitted Artwork, and are not responsible for verifying its legality.

Security Printing

For security printing specifically, additional controls apply to production access and handling given the sensitive nature of this work — see our Security Printing page for more detail.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Petra Digital Press against any claims, losses, or damages arising from a third-party intellectual property claim relating to Artwork you submitted for production.

Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline any job where we reasonably believe the submitted Artwork infringes a third party's rights or is otherwise unlawful.
