Quotations & Orders

Quotations are provided based on the specifications you supply. Prices and timelines are confirmed once specifications, artwork, and quantity are finalized, and may change if the scope of a project changes after quoting.

Artwork & Approval

Production begins only after artwork has been reviewed and approved. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully — see our Artwork & Intellectual Property Disclaimer for further detail on artwork responsibility.

Payment

Payment terms are communicated at the time of quotation and confirmed before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround and delivery terms depend on project specifications and are confirmed per order — see our Delivery & Turnaround Policy.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in production, Petra Digital Press is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or defects beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
