Turnaround and delivery terms at Petra Digital Press are confirmed per project rather than published as a fixed schedule, because they depend on the specifics of each job.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround depends on quantity, specifications, finishing requirements, and our current production schedule. We provide an estimated timeline as part of every quotation, and will flag proactively if a timeline changes once production is underway.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged based on your location and the nature of the project. Delivery terms and any associated charges are communicated and agreed before production is finalized.

Collection

Orders can also be collected from our office at Plot 1200, Cadastral Zone BO2, Along Area 1/Games Village Road, Durumi, by American International School Junction, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, during office hours.

Delays

Where a delay is anticipated — whether due to specification changes, artwork approval, or production factors — we will communicate this as early as possible, consistent with our 24-hour communication policy.
